Angel Diaz-Maroto

Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) & Certified Agile Leadership Educator (CALE) by the Scrum Alliance — Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.

Angel is an energetic and forward-thinking Agile coach specializing in leadership development and organizational agility. His pragmatism and experience in organizational coaching and Business Agility are the driving forces behind his methods. Throughout his 14+ years of hands-on experience as a coach, trainer, and mentor, Angel has provided expert guidance to organizations and Agile leaders in North America, South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Angel’s contribution has been celebrated at ING, where he has performed as the first Agile Champion at ING Spain and chairman of the Global ING Agile Experts Group since 2010. He has also supported companies from more than 40 countries, contributing to the Agile journeys of King, Toyota, Falabella, Banco de Chile, Roche, BBVA, Sunhotels, and the PZU Group.

Angel holds the Scrum Alliance’s three highest-level certifications in the field: CST (Certified Scrum Trainer), CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach), and CALE (Certified Agile Leadership Educator).

Angel is also a PCC (Certified Professional Coach) by the International Coach Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), certified specialist in team coaching and systemic leadership, licensed NLP Practitioner, Management 3.0 facilitator, and TTI-certified Behaviour and Motivation Analyst.

In addition, Angel teaches video game production at ESNE (University School of Design, Innovation, and Technology, Madrid) and innovation and design thinking at La Salle University, Barcelona. He has participated as a speaker at more than 60 international conferences and Agile events worldwide and has been a significant contributor to the international Agile community since 2009.

Natalia Córdova Rubio

Ontological coach certified in somatic coaching, team coaching, and generative leadership

Ontological coach with a somatics specialization at the Newfield Network and Teams certification by the European Coaching School; certified in Leadership by the Institute for Generative Leadership; specialization in Conscious Business Coaching, Politics and Power, and equine-assisted facilitation. Psychologist with a master’s from the University of Chile in Santiago, Chile.

With 13 years of experience as a facilitator of individual and collective learning processes, Natalia was part of the Newfield Network. She served as staff in the coaching certification program and then as content and method chief in the area of organizational consulting. She was responsible for the formation and training of senior coaches and for leading the content design and interventions implementation for organizational development in the public and private sectors and in the financial, mining, productive, educational, energy, retail, telecommunications, and services sectors.

As a consultant and coach, Natalia helps executives, leaders, and teams to enhance their management skills and expand understanding of their “ways of being and doing” (in other words, how they coexist and organize themselves). She helps them realize what they are capable of and shows them how to achieve more relevant results for themselves and for their organizations. Emphasizing personal and professional well-being, she enables clients to integrate personal development with a more human understanding of organizational efficiency.

Natalia has worked as a psychotherapist and pre- and post-graduate teacher. She has conducted research in the development of psychometric instruments and experimental methodology, and Natalia has published scientific articles while cultivating her academic rigor. Her passion for the generation and transfer of knowledge has become widely recognized as her professional brand.

Maria Antonia Velasco

ICF-certified coach with 15+ years of experience on executive boards in big corporations and HR director

For the past 15 years. Maria Antonia has been an HR director and executive committee member of major companies in the service sector. She has also carried out projects as an HR consultant in Spain and Brazil, and she is a sought-after trainer of leadership and communications skills.

Starting in 2017, Maria Antonia has offered her services as an executive coach. She is internationally certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by CTI (Coaching Training Institute) and is accredited as an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) by ICF (International Coach Federation). She is trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) by CRR Global.
Maria Antonia is also certified in Agile Leadership by the Scrum Alliance and as a DISC Behavior, Leadership, and Motivation Analyst.

Maria Becerro

An ICF-certified and ORSC-certified professional coach and certified “Leadership Circle” facilitator with more than 17 years of professional experience, Maria Becerro began her career in India in the cooperation and development sector in different countries (Educator, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Morocco) in addition to organizations in the third sector (Save the Children, Ipade, and AECID).

Maria specialized in the evaluation of programs and public policy, dedicating herself to consulting. She worked 11 years as an expert in university quality at the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA), filling leadership and management roles in international departments and those dedicated to the evaluation of university degrees.

She has worked with teams for seven years, and she possesses broad experience in training and the provision of information.

Maria now focuses on developing the leadership competencies of educational directors (especially at the university level), working with professors and students to promote effective leadership in the programs of study in educational programs.

Maria is enthusiastic and committed to encouraging the personal and professional development of both individuals and teams. Dynamic, happy, and vital, Maria possesses solid leadership competencies. With her knowledge of leadership, growth, and development, she is passionate about creativity and enthusiastic about motivating the educational community (directors, professors, and students).

Maria designs and teaches courses on the development of leadership in different organizations, and she speaks about personal development and leadership at conferences and universities.
Maria possesses international certifications in coaching (Coach Co-Activo; ORSC Practitioner; Teams and Relation Coach) and assists with the 360-degree diagnostics tools (“Leadership Circle”). She is also certified as an Agile Leader by the Scrum Alliance, in addition to being an expert in coaching and leadership in education.

Adrián Perreau de Pinninck

Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) by the Scrum Alliance — Doctor in Artificial Intelligence by the CSIC — PDD by IESE

For close to 20 years, Adrián has pursued modern approaches to management. He has worked as an organizational consultant since 2012 and has coached and trained start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in sectors as diverse as telecommunications, advertising, automotive, travel, aerospace, utilities, pharmaceutical, IT, and banking.

Adrián’s mission is to unleash people’s creative potential. His interests include using Agile, Sociocracy, and ORSC to improve team performance; developing high-tech products; and helping companies stay innovative as they grow.

A regular speaker at conferences, Adrián has given talks at the last five national Agile conferences (CAS) in Spain and presented three times at the Scrum Gathering, once in Agile Lean Europe and once at Agiles (Latam Agile Conference).

He has been the Open Space facilitator for the Spanish edition of the SoCraTes conference since the first edition. Adrián is also a lecturer for master’s degrees at the Ramon Llull University and Istituto Europeo di Design. He has trained more than 800 people in Agile and Scrum.

Adrián holds a PhD in artificial intelligence and has been certified as a Scrum Trainer by the Scrum Alliance. He has undergone a program on management development at IESE and has managed projects ranging from applied research to change management in large companies, with an emphasis on quality and innovation.

Adrián managed the team in charge of installing continuous delivery in the fastest-growing IT company in Europe while it was going public. The project lasted over a year with a team of 10 dedicated engineers. Under Adrián’s management, the cycle times for delivering new functionality in production went from 60 days to 15, and merge times went from 20 days to less than a day.

Alina Peshti

MBA by ICADE Business School & an expert in human talent, purchasing, and retail management

Alina Peshti is passionate about human development, interpersonal relationships, Lean Management, and leadership development in organizations.

After completing her master’s degree in HR management, Alina spent more than seven years leading category management teams at Metro AG, one of the world’s biggest retailers. During this period, she led the planning, definition, purchasing, merchandising, launch, and inventory management of products into the retail environment.

Her leadership capabilities, Lean Management expertise, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment, are proven by quantitative and qualitative results.

At Metro Ukraine, she led the implementation and externalization of the “clothes shop in shop concept,” achieving a +30% sales growth and remarkable savings. Furthermore, among other achievements, her performance led to a sales growth of 11% to 17% in the non-food department.

Alina has also been trained in Business Agility, Scrum, and Agile leadership since 2017.

David Caicedo Castro

Agile Coach with more than 15 years of international experience in the field. 

David Caicedo started his agile journey back in 2011 and since then he has been working in different agile transformation processes in several industries such as telecom, banking, finance and insurance among others.

His approach as a professional Agile Coach is focused on supporting teams and leaders taking the most of themselves to maxime their results.
 
He is a Systems Engineer specialized in software architecture and product development with deep expertise in Agile. David was able to understand the importance and benefits of integrating professional coaching in his practice. As a professional Agile coach he mentors and guides teams, executives and organizations to set ambitious goals and activate strategies to achieve them. He is a seasoned Agile profesional capable to find the right balance between coaching and consulting to take his customers to the next level.

David is the founder of Scrum Ecuador and chair of the Regional Scrum Gathering 2015 and 2019 in this country. He participated as speaker in several international conferences such as Scrum Day Peru, Agiles Latinoamerica, and Scrum Day Ecuador. 
David is a Certified Team Coach (CTC) by the Scrum Alliance and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF (International Coach Federation).
 

Bibiana Lorente

Executive coach and consultant. For more than fifteen years, she has been working with teams and companies to support them in the development and management of their innovation projects. Three years ago, she became an Expert for SME and INEA at the European Commission.

Her experience also includes more than ten years as an associate teacher in Engineering degrees at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and five years at the design department at Sony Corporation.

She holds several international coaching certifications including: (ACC) Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC ™) by CTI, (CAL I) Certified Agile Leadership and (CSM) Certified Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance.

Alex Font

Executive Coach, Consultant and Facilitator. Alex has been working for the last 18 years in multinationals from the technology sector and the world of digital printing, accompanying and leading commercial and executive departments.

His leadership profile is passionate, energetic and dynamic, he maintains that the ability to be a good leader is intrinsic to each one of us and that skill is what you have to train to achieve results. Ultimately, each of us should be the leaders of our own life.


Alex’s most important contribution was the creation of a high performance New Business team for Konica Minolta (100×100 hunter), later he led the re-structuring and re-engagement of the Direct Sales team and led the creation of a new Corporate Accounts teams obtaining a record turnover in the area for the last 4 years.

Alex holds several international coaching certifications including: (ACC) Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (CPCC ™) Certified Professional Co-Active Coach ™, (CAL I) Certified Agile Leadership by the Scrum Alliance ™ and (ORSC ™) Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (a specialized model coaching for systemic coaching and team leadership).

Carla Bertolozzi

Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation ICF. Certified Generative Leadership and organizational Coach by the Institute for Generative Leadership and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), by the Scrum Alliance. 
Carla is passionate about coaching for leadership development and has been working for over 15 years at the service of people.
Her professional career began in healthcare and she found coaching as the perfect balance for assisting others in their pursuit of wellbeing, as well as profesional and personal growth.
Her experience is diverse when it comes to the types of processes she’s coached (individual coaching, sports coaching, groups of women in vulnerable situations, women in general). Nevertheless, she finds that it is through organizational and leadership coaching that she can strengthen her impact in the world.
