After completing her master’s degree in HR management, Alina spent more than seven years leading category management teams at Metro AG, one of the world’s biggest retailers. During this period, she led the planning, definition, purchasing, merchandising, launch, and inventory management of products into the retail environment.

At Metro Ukraine, she led the implementation and externalization of the “clothes shop in shop concept,” achieving a +30% sales growth and remarkable savings. Furthermore, among other achievements, her performance led to a sales growth of 11% to 17% in the non-food department.

Adrián Perreau de Pinninck

For close to 20 years, Adrián has pursued modern approaches to management. He has worked as an organizational consultant since 2012 and has coached and trained start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in sectors as diverse as telecommunications, advertising, automotive, travel, aerospace, utilities, pharmaceutical, IT, and banking.
Adrián’s mission is to unleash people’s creative potential. His interests include using Agile, Sociocracy, and ORSC to improve team performance; developing high-tech products; and helping companies stay innovative as they grow.
A regular speaker at conferences, Adrián has given talks at the last five national Agile conferences (CAS) in Spain and presented three times at the Scrum Gathering, once in Agile Lean Europe and once at Agiles (Latam Agile Conference).
He has been the Open Space facilitator for the Spanish edition of the SoCraTes conference since the first edition. Adrián is also a lecturer for master’s degrees at the Ramon Llull University and Istituto Europeo di Design. He has trained more than 800 people in Agile and Scrum.
Adrián holds a PhD in artificial intelligence and has been certified as a Scrum Trainer by the Scrum Alliance. He has undergone a program on management development at IESE and has managed projects ranging from applied research to change management in large companies, with an emphasis on quality and innovation.
Adrián managed the team in charge of installing continuous delivery in the fastest-growing IT company in Europe while it was going public. The project lasted over a year with a team of 10 dedicated engineers. Under Adrián’s management, the cycle times for delivering new functionality in production went from 60 days to 15, and merge times went from 20 days to less than a day.
Natalia Córdova Rubio

Maria specialized in the evaluation of programs and public policy, dedicating herself to consulting.
