Learning Experiences
Successful people invest in their education, development, and personal motivation—knowing that these are the tools to success.
Have you experienced any of this?
- Every day Agile and Scrum become more popular because of their success in the industry. Unfortunately, not all organizations reap the full potential and benefits of Agile and Scrum.
- Agile implementations that don’t meet expectations are usually caused by a failure to understand the practices and mind-sets that lead to success with Agile and Scrum. These misunderstanding also lead to poorly trained practitioners who quickly lose credibility in their organizations.
- The popularity of Agile and Scrum has led to an overcrowded market of self-proclaimed experts who offer classes taught by inexperienced trainers accredited by unknown organizations. This is where failure and frustration begin.
- It’s a challenge for customers to choose a training experience that guarantees a proper understanding of Agile and a successful implementation.

Possible questions from the customer
The Scrum Alliance is the oldest and most recognized entity in Scrum certifications. But this is not the real reason to choose Scrum Alliance. Choose Scrum Alliance because the trainer accreditation process is extremely exhaustive, which ensures classes are taught by top-level trainers with demonstrated experience.
Becoming a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) by the Scrum Alliance requires five to seven years of demanding work. For example, our trainer and founder Angel Diaz-Maroto is a CST with more than 15 years of experience in Agile and 12 years of experience in Scrum as a hands-on practitioner. During those years he trained thousands of Scrum professionals in more than 40 countries worldwide.
If you’re trying to reach master level on Agile practices, leadership development, and professional coaching, we can help you reach your goal with our comprehensive training portfolio.
Focus on understanding the context of Agile and mind-set. Exploring the common breakdowns that Agile practitioners experience in their journey will help you be a more effective coach in organizations that want to embrace Agile. We offer opportunities for coaches to understand Agile and Scrum in our CSM & CSPO classes, and our Agile Coaching Specialization program deepens the context of Agility from the perspective of a coach.
We suggest two alternatives. Choose the Agile Leadership path if you want to develop your leadership skills and enhance your ability to create positive influence in your team and organization. Choose the Agile Coaching path if you are already a Scrum Master with more than two years of experience and you want to take a step into the world of professional coaching.
